چکیده
Cinnamon essential oils (EOs) are widely known for their pharmaceutical properties; however, studies investigating the use of these EOs in aquaculture scarce. The aims this study were to evaluate anesthetic effect bathing silver catfish (Rhamdia quelen) with Cinnamomum cassia EO (CCEO) and its nanoemulsion (NCCEO); growth-promoting antioxidant effects dietary supplementation CCEO catfish; vitro antibacterial CCEO, NCCEO, zeylanicum (CZEO) against bacteria isolated from diseased catfish. two cinnamon showed promising activity, which was potentiated by nanoemulsion. satisfactory activity catfish, intensified sedative activity. Supplementation 1.0 mL per kg diet 60 days increased weight, length, weight gain when compared control group, evidencing EO. Dietary 30 also an effect, as it decreased levels thiobarbituric acid reactive species superoxide dismutase liver Therefore, have a aquaculture.
